Thanksgiving..

"Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their value will never be known. Improve them and they will become the brightest gems in a useful life." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

As our holiday of thanks draws close I am reminded that God asks us to touch others with our lives. He asks us to pray for the hurting. He asks us to give of ourselves with our greatest gifts.....time, talent, and treasure.

We are reminded to:

Live Passionately, living each day as if it were our last..

Love Completely, showing others love that transcends and transforms..

Learn Humbly, growing through problems and pain...

Thank you Father for the gift of David and the wonderful friendship we share.

Thank you Father for his beautiful family who give selflessly and love him beyond measure.

Thank you Father for the many friends you have placed around him. May he see Your love in every act of kindness.

Thank you Father that he is with us this year for Thanksgiving...something we were uncertain of last year.

Thank you Father that he can spend his holiday with family. Happy Birthday Dear Renee! You are a wonderful sister & daughter. You are very loved!

Thank you Father that the side effects of this chemo round have subsided.

Thank you Father that he can travel and enjoy this world.........

May we all develop an "Attitude of Gratitude"

What are you THANKFUL for today?
