Whirlwind!

David and his family had a wonderful and restful time together in sunny San Diego! He was relaxed and finally feeling better......then chemo time again :(. The WONDERFUL news is that Dr John Sr is a brilliant lab researcher guy and had (I totally won't do this justice) had some cell typing done. This proved that David's particular cancer responds to Avastin!...bad news is that Avastin sucks (sorry, it just does- there isn't a nice way to put it). So, David received Avastin along with his regular chemo routine..So far so good. He was feeling some reflux and nausea today, but for the most part has been feeling ok. Pray that this keeps up, as day 3-4-5 are usually the bad days.
David and mom leave tomorrow for home (New York). Mom has a few tasks to take care of and they plan to visit with Dr John Jr and family for a few days on the way. Pray that David will be able to rest while traveling and also for travel mercy.

Continued prayer requests:
for healing & mercy
for special family time
for Pet Scan Nov 7th
for David's friend Kelly and his health
that David may see the mighty hand of Grace through the love of his family & friends, who continue to minister to him.
Please, take a moment to post a comment. David and his family are so encouraged by your words and thank you for your continued prayers.
